Sparkle Maintenance, Inc. is a professionally
owned and managed Contract Cleaning Service Contractor providing Janitorial and
Custodial Maintenance Services since 1964.
We are the largest Contract Cleaning Service Contractor headquartered in
Sparkle Maintenance, Inc. is a certified Hubzone
and SDB firm by the Small Business Administration. We are a successful graduate of the SBA 8(a) program. We are also a certified MBE firm by the
National Minority Supplier Development Council.

supplies, equipment and chemicals comply with the U.S. Green Building
Council requirements for LEED certified buildings and specifically the section
titled "Indoor Environmental Quality".
Our cleaning processes also
comply with General Services Administration requirements to procure and use
products containing post-consumer content (recycled material), in accordance
with the Resource Conservation and Recover Act (RCRA), Section 6002, and
Executive Order (EO) 13101.

operations; however, our green cleaning program has not yet been certified by
Green Seal.
